Return & Refund Policy
1) Order Cancellation
- We accept order cancellations before the order is shipped (or before production starts, if applicable).
- If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still request a return after delivery according to the “Returns” section below.
2) Returns (within 14 days after delivery)
We accept returns for eligible products.
Return window:
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the delivery date (based on tracking).
Eligibility conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, and in the same condition as received
- Returned with all accessories / free gifts (if any)
- In the original packaging (including inner boxes, manuals, labels, etc.)
Proof required:
- A valid receipt / order confirmation / proof of purchase is required.
Return authorization (required):
- Please contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address before sending the item back.
- Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Do not send to the manufacturer:
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
3) Return Shipping Costs
- Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs related to an eligible return (including return shipment), in accordance with our policy.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective/incorrect description), we will cover the return shipping cost; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4) Refunds
Refund process:
- After we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- We will email you a confirmation of receipt and notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
Refund timing:
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
- The final posting time depends on your bank/card issuer.
Partial refund (if applicable):
- We may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is used, is missing parts/accessories, or is damaged due to customer handling.
5) Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer (processing time may apply).
- Contact your bank (posting time may apply).
