Return & Refund Policy

1) Order Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations before the order is shipped (or before production starts, if applicable).
  • If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still request a return after delivery according to the “Returns” section below.

2) Returns (within 14 days after delivery)

We accept returns for eligible products.

Return window:

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the delivery date (based on tracking).

Eligibility conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Returned with all accessories / free gifts (if any)
  • In the original packaging (including inner boxes, manuals, labels, etc.)

Proof required:

  • A valid receipt / order confirmation / proof of purchase is required.

Return authorization (required):

  • Please contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address before sending the item back.
  • Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Do not send to the manufacturer:

  • Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs related to an eligible return (including return shipment), in accordance with our policy.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective/incorrect description), we will cover the return shipping cost; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

4) Refunds

Refund process:

  • After we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
  • We will email you a confirmation of receipt and notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

Refund timing:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
  • The final posting time depends on your bank/card issuer.

Partial refund (if applicable):

  • We may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is used, is missing parts/accessories, or is damaged due to customer handling.

5) Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing time may apply).
  3. Contact your bank (posting time may apply).
